Born in Sao Paulo, Talita started her career into luxury hospitality service sector around Formula 1 GP . The passion for travel bring her to choose Italy as her second house. Fascinated by travelers and food, she decided to work on board superyachts +60m as crew chef for 3 years. Recently graduated in “haute cuisine” in Milan and gained experience at a Michelin Star restaurant , she wants to spoil guests with simple and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine using high quality of fresh and various ingredients.
